Sales Staff (Sales Executive, Territory/ Area Managers)

To procure and service orders during collection. For a good number of high value orders basic knowledge of drawings, estimating is very helpful. The entire sales force is expected to achieve monthly targets for orders and collection. Targets are fixed based on salary & designation etc. Customer satisfaction has to be taken special care of through monitoring of the various stages from order receipt to collection. The entire spectrum of activities is to be performed by proper coordination with the Team Head. As such Team spirit and work with dedication, zeal and discipline is essential part of the job description. The position requires incumbents to meet Architects / Designers / Project Manages / Corporate Companies / Multinationals / Senior officers of Private / Public Sector Companies for exploring business projects and coordinating with them for their upcoming projects. Quotation / Tender filling and follow up through communications & visits is important part of the job.
The candidate should be minimum Graduate (with English medium) dynamic with excellence in communication skills (both verbal & written) Candidates experienced in furniture business or other related fields akin to furniture only need to apply. Those having experience in modular furniture and also having a referral base among architects / interior designers will receive special weightage. Only persons capable of putting in sustained hard work, having own conveyance house phone / mobile will be considered. Incumbents should be ready to go on occasional tours outside Delhi. Good geographical knowledge of Delhi and location of important offices / establishment is must. Experience range has to be above two years. Those having experience only in concept not required. Placement of the candidate at different levels will be done taken into account qualification, experience and merits. Real performers with result oriented approach can aspire to go up the hierarchy in a few years.
