Manager - Finance & Accounts

Minimum qualification -B. Com, M.Com + M.B.AFinance+Accounts+Taxation with relevant work experience of 4 to 7 years.

Knowledge of Finance,Accounts,Taxation in any field, MS Office and Outlook,
Knowledge of fund flow of the Company, Knowledge of Forex and import export Strategy of the organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION

MIS REPORTS
- Financial statement to Investors
- Debtor Outstanding statementfor co ordinating recoveries
- Client/ Debtor Reconciliation sheets
BUDGET FORECAST - Collection of historical data
- Prepration of Budget
- Variance Analysis
CO-ORDINATION WITH FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS:-Availing Credit facilities
-Management & Analysis of funds procured
-Documentation
- Arranging new sources of finance for a companys debt facilities
CO-ORDINATION WITH FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS:-Timely delivery of information sought
- Check on their deliverables
TREASURY MANAGEMENT :-Fund mgmtfor optimum utilisation of funds
-Payment of statutory dues
- Forex
- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
COST CUTTING :-Selective approving of requisitions
- Intelligent utilisation of cash
REDUCING DUES:-Check and coordinate recoveries
:Compensation & benefit stoppage
JOINT VENTURES,M& A:-Analysis of financial statement
- SHA
- Negotiation & Completion
ANALYTICAL ASPECT:- Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
- Analyzing competitors and market trends
- Developing financial management mechanisms& formats that minimize financial risk
IMPORT & EXPORT
Documentation for Release of consignments
Negotitaion with suppliers

STRATEGIES EVALUATION
Checking Feasibility of the strategy for implementation
Checking Profitability analysis of locations/projects in pipeline

MONITORING ACCOUNTING ACTIVITIES
Coordination with Accounts Department
