Required RSM/ASM

 Should have experience in confectionary, FMCG Food or Pharmaceutical.
 Establishment and management of the market network for achieving Sales Targets on Regional level.
 Achievement of deep market penetration.
 Identification and Analysis of competitor’s activity.
 Identification and achievement of Market demands.
 Driving Sales efforts thru Sales Force.
 Evaluating and monitoring sales performance of CSA/C& F/SS/ Distributors/ Sales Force.
 Managing and Training sales team.
 Streamlining the sales efforts and converting the leads into business.
 Managing the Primary and Secondary Sales.
 Budgeting & Reporting.
 Sales and Marketing Forecast.

Qualification : : Graduate or MBA with computer knowledge

Salary Range : Negotiable no constraint for right candidates
