1 Experience on Recruitment, Selection & Induction
2 Experience in Payroll Leave Management, Attendance Management
3 Experience in Employee Relation
4 Experience in Performance Management & Appraisals
5 Training & Development.
6 Administration & Others
7 Grievance Handling
8 Experience in MIS Reports
9 Formulating HR Policy
10 Employee Motivation, counseling & team building exercises.
11 Exit Formalities
12 Should possess excellent problem-solving skills, ability to follow company standards & procedures, ability to quickly master new concepts, applications & a team player, strong communication & interpersonal skills, Working knowledge of Power Point, Excel & Word.
