MECHANICAL PACKAGE ENGINEER:
Job Description:

The position is in the Static Equipment Design Department
The incumbent will be responsible for:

1. Preparation and checking of Design calculations of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and other Process Equipments according to national and international codes like ASME, TEMA, AD MERKBLATTER, PD 5500, etc.
2. Preparation of detailed bill of materials and technical specifications for bought out items.
3. Checking of fabrication drawings.
4. Preparation of Material Take - Offs.
5. Leading a team of engineers and draughts men.
6. Ensuring quality and timeliness for MTOs, drawings and after design documents.
7. Co-Ordination and correspondence with client, Third party Inspection Agency, PE etc. for approval of design documents.

Qualification:
B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Retired/VRS persons can also be considered.

Experience:
Minimum 5 Years experience in Fabrication Industry manufacturing of Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessel and Columns.
Well acquainted with international codes like ASME, TEMA, and API etc.

Special Skills Required:
1. Computer Proficiency.
2. Operating knowledge of PV Elite, Compress etc. software
