3 Mainly works on portals W2 Hiring rather than vendors

4 Has mastered key word search in portals like Monster/Dice etc.

5 A recruiter who applies himself/herself to the job and is inquisitive.

6 Understands current IT technologies at a very high level and the software development life cycle.

7 Aggressive and unconquerable will to succeed.

8 Communication 7+ on a 10 point scale.

9 Absolutely comfortable to work in night shifts.

10 Has proven track record

11 Candidates who have worked on portals like E-Tempt/Field Glass etc. will be preferred.
