RESPONSIBILITIES

- Understand complex actuarial concepts, discuss complex issues with the engagement team and client management, keep informed of professional standards and firm policies, and effectively apply this knowledge to client situations.
- Develop new business opportunities. Achieve growth by understanding the companys service lines and actively assessing/presenting opportunities for the firm to bring value to clients.
- Be an expert adviser for your client regarding complex technical issues, as embedded values, capital structuring and modeling, reinsurance, hedging, M&A and economic capital.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- FCIA or FSA with 5/10 years of experience in life insurance.
- Strong writing, presentation, conceptual, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and client-service skills.
- Bilingual English / French an asset.
