Job Description :

� Responsible of Risk Management of Construction Equipment, Project Finance and Rural Finance

� Policy formulation, Portfolio monitoring and devising processes for the business.

� Underwriting of large accounts of exposure > Rs 5 Crores.

� Credit decisioning of deals with policy deviations for Construction Equipment & Rural Finance

� Part of Corporate Finance Risk Function.

� Standardized the approval process for all the three product lines.

� Rolled out policy for New and Used Construction Equipments which is benchmarked against the best practices in the industry.

� Implemented triggers for the Construction Equipment Business.

� Being instrumental in implementing Cibil check for the business.

� Implemented a process for monitoring large accounts with exposure > Rs 5 Crs for Construction Equipment Finance.

� Responsible of Credit & Risk Management of Commercial & Construction Equipment asset based risk.

� Responsible for handling a team for sale of repossessed vehicles of CitiCorp Finance India Ltd

� Evaluation of assets of CV & CE.

� Empanelment of valuers through out India for valuation of vehicles/Equipments

� MIS and analysis for policy making and upgradation.

� Identifying prospective clients, enhancing business from existing accounts, generating business from new accounts to achieve consistent profitability & collection norms.

� Cultivating, generating and growing large scale relationships for new accounts.

� Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving service quality norms.

� Managing strategic alliances with partners and relationship management with key clients

� Fine tuning marketing communication strategy, channel strategy & mode, defining market mix, building plan and tactics for implementation.

� Facilitating strategic alliances with Manufacturers for offering lucrative solutions to customers.

� Contributing towards achievement of a higher market share for the companys products.

� Should be worked for NBFC / Bank industry.
