RESPONSIBILITIES

- Consult with various levels of management to identify issues, conceptualize solutions, and implement changes through the broader use of predictive models.
- Work with underwriting, claims, and operations to identify available and potential data sources which can be used to better manage our business and implement protocols for the efficient capture and storage of this data.
- Provide strategic direction to Company’s global development initiatives.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2-5 years of predictive modeling experience in either a personal or commercial lines environment.
- Experience with EMBLEM or SAS Enterprise Miner would be a big plus.
- Working knowledge of packages such as SQL, SAS, SPSS, S-PLUS, EMBLEM, or Pretium for data management and statistical analysis is preferable demonstrated track record of driving and executing change to core business processes through the innovative use of predictive modeling
- Candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree preferably in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics a track record of actuarial exam progress is required.
- FCAS preferred.
