Sr.Manager -Design

The position is in the Design Department . The incumbent will be responsible for:

1.Preparation and checking of Design calculations of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and other Process Equipments according to national and international codes like ASME, TEMA, AD MERKBLATTER, PD 5500, etc.
2.Preparation of detailed bill of materials and technical specifications for bought out items.
3. Checking of fabrication drawings.
4. Preparation of Material Take - Offs.
5. Leading a team of engineers and draughts men.
6.Ensuring quality and timeliness for MTO's, drawings and after design documents.
7. Co � Ordination and correspondence with client, Third party Inspection Agency, PE etc. for approval of design documents.

Essential:

8 to 10 Years in Fabrication Industries dealing with Design of Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Columns, Reactors.

Relevant experience in Design required as per International Codes like ASME, A D Merkblatter, TEMA, Pressure Equipment Directive Requirements, Chinese SQL Requirements,
