Required Factory Manager (Administrative Head)

Our Nasik Based client who is an ISO 9001: 2000 company and a pioneer in the field of coated fabric & laminated products for over 25 years, requires:

Factory Manager (Administrative Head)(Two Posts)
:-For our Nasik unit(Satpur MIDC) and for our Gonde Unit-II which is located 20 km from Nashik.

The candidates should be:-

· Engineering Graduate (BE Mech./B.Tech Plastic) with Post Graduation in Management aged around 40 years.

· 8-14 years experience in managing a plant with quality and system focus.

· Will be responsible for profitable plant operation, continuous quality improvement initiatives, labour relations.

· Will be responsible for personnel law, excise & statutory compliances.

· Effective co-ordination with marketing, purchase & production.

· Recruiting, training, motivating people.

Age should not more than 40 to 45.

Salary :- for Nasik 8 to 10 lacs and for Gonde 5 to 5.50 lacs p.a.
