Opening for HR Executive – Min. 1 year in a France Based Company in Chennai

A France based software company is looking for a HR Executive from North India with excellent communication and interpersonal skills for its HR operations in Chennai.

Experience: 1 -4 years
Qualification: MBA only
Location: Chennai

Prerequisites:

 Only North Indian Candidates are preferred.
 Fluent in Hindi is mandatory.
 Familiar with other North Indian languages is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

 Maintaining regular communication with consultant Partners.
 Schedule and coordinates For Walk-in interviews.
 Appointment letter generation for the new recruitments
 Responsible for Pay roll generation.
 Responsible for Full and Final settlement of Employees.
 He should do all HR tasks applicable for IT.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
