Worked as collection /recovey officer

Ensuring timely bills/statements sent & timely follow up on the resolution of the accounts.

Maintaining collection / recovery reports (daily, weekly & monthly basis).

Ensure effective field visit to restrict the net flows into higher buckets.

Co-ordination with operations team for timely reconciliation.

Full fill all requirements related collection from agencies & clients.
