Job Description

Candidate should be Graduate/ MBA (HR)

4-5 years of experience in HR

Preparation and implementation of the Manpower Plan for the company.

Maintain a Human Resources Information System that meets all requirements of manpower planning, staff administration, hiring and training & appraisals.
Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and agenda across departments

Assure compliance with all regulatory compliances concerning the human resources function and implementation of HR.
Manage employee expectations and resolve grievances.

Induct & retain quality talent.

Identify Training Needs & ensure implementation of the Training Agenda

Planning & organizing various employees motivational & welfare initiatives together with employees engagement programmes.
