Job Description
Candidate should be :
B.Arch / M.rch
knowledge of Exposure in architectural work that too in IT parks,Hospital,Hostel
Job Profile :

Interact with client right through the project as the single point contact
Take total responsibility for project.
Make commercial proposal to client.
Thoroughly understand requirements from client and communicate the same to the Group Head.
Commit dates to client and convey sanctity of same to the Group Head.
Get client’s approval for the Design teams’ output.
Appoint all necessary consultants.
Participate in short listing of vendors.
Check analysis of the tenders and agenda for negotiations.
Follow the Execution Process Flow
To practice fidelity towards the design through out the course of the project
Attend Design Reviews
Get client’s approvals on Issue Resolutions having Time & Cost impact.
Ensure quality on site.
Issue completion certificate for project.
Hand over site after completion.
Analyze the project for positives and negatives in prescribed format.
Intimation to accounts to raise invoices as per deliverables & collection of the same
