Opening for Administrative Analyst (Preferably Female Candidate) in an UK based Concern, Chennai


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is seeking employment within HR with an UK based Software Concern in Chennai.

Job Summary:

Supporting the entire HR Administration functions including assisting the HR Manager and providing dedicated administration support to the HR team. You will be involved in updating and maintaining personnel files and associated tools to ensure that individual records are accurate and up to date.

Key Accountabilities:

 To carry out HR admin duties, including arranging interviews, offer letters and contracts.
Raising contracts for new employees.
 Confirm in writing any changes to employees terms and conditions of employment i.e. changes to hours, pay, position etc.
 Obtain references for new starters.
 New staff reference requests.
 Entering new starters on HR/Payroll System.
 Filing and Post.
 Dealing with 3 month probationary reviews i.e. sending appropriate form to Line Manager to action.
 To administer the appraisal and pay review processes as and when necessary
 Compilation of materials including Employee Handbook
 Co-ordinating paperwork for payroll
 Monitoring re-payments and highlighting an overdue payment
 To answer any queries from the management or employees.
 Supporting the Reception on an ad hoc basis when cover is required
 Any other HR Administration as and when required

Person Specification

Essential Requirements:
 Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
 Good verbal & written communication skills.
 Able to work under pressure and to tight timescales.
 Able to multi-task.
 Previous HR Administration experience in a similar role.
 Confidentiality and discretion.

Desirable Requirements:

 Good knowledge of Employment Law
 Ability to take minutes

Technical Knowledge/Training Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
Qualifications: Minimum P.G degree in any discipline particularly in commerce.
Experience: Minimum 5 years
