Expert PHP/MySQL Developer/Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated experienced PHP/MySQL developer with the following skillset.

1) At least 3 years of total real experience in web development
2) Must have worked at least 2 years on export projects for overseas clients
3) Prior experience in an offshore software development company is required
4) Strong in HTML, CSS and database design skills
5) Highly skilled in PHP4 & PHP5, MySQL (pre 4.1 & post 4.1 versions)
6) Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, CakePHP, CodeIgnitor or Zend Framework will get a preference.
7) High skill in JavaScript, DHTML, CSS, AJAX is a must. Must be experienced and familiar with jQuery, Scriptaculous or MooTools libraries.
8) Knowledge of full CSS layouts & Web 2.0 is a definite advantage.
9) Experience with phpBB, osCommerce, PHP-Blogger and such will be preferred
10) Knowledge of Linux Server installation, configuration & administration will be highly appreciated.
11) Minimum skill with Photoshop (limited to slicing or resizing/cutting photos etc), Flash etc. is preferred.
12) Good standard of English (writing & speaking) required. Should be able to communicate with clients via email, chat and phone (if needed).
