US IT Recruiter

Job Location: Coimbatore

Desired candidature profile :
1. Person needs to follow full Recruitment life cycle. Starting from sourcing CV, screening, negotiating rates, coordinating with clients, follow up till offer and joining of the candidate.
2. Need to market the bench Consultants and get them placed.
3. Must have at least 6month - 1year experience in the same field.
4. Must have excellent communication skills.
5. Person need to source candidates through searches and job postings on the Internet, candidate referrals, in-house database and personal network.
6. Should have working knowledge on Dice, Monster and other US job portals.
7. Must need to have knowledge on C2C, W2, EAD, 1099 etc…
8. Ready to work in Night Shifts.
