Candidate Profile:
• Must be a self-starter with multi-tasking ability
• Strong selling skills in major accounts and/or a territory is essential
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
• Good client interfacing skills
• Pleasing Personality
• Energetic and self driven individual
• Self motivated and team worker
Job Description:
• Responsible for prospecting & generating leads.
• Responsible for building network & relationship.
• Responsible for creating sales & marketing programs/ideas. Responsible for meeting the targeted quarterly & annual sales target. Preparing & Presenting Aspire’s Specialization services to prospective customers.
• Team handling capabilities and driving the team towards target. Prepare reports –monthly/quarterly.
• Well established network connection & relationship within India. Good understanding of emerging technologies in the software development field.
• Good understanding of the various outsourced model for software development.
Total years of experience : 4+
