RESPONSIBILITIES

- The Project Manager is accountable for the successful execution, control and completion of specific strategic initiatives within Company Corporate Actuarial.
- Ensuring adherence to program governance, project commitments, and goals; the Project Manager reports through the Actuarial Program Manager.
- The Project Manager is accountable for successful outcomes for all project activities and deliverables.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables in accordance with business requirements and in collaboration with senior management and global stakeholders.
- Identify and secure skilled staff to execute projects.
- Perform day-to-day management of the project’s resources to ensure tasks are implemented on time, on budget, and to the required scope and quality.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Develop and deliver project status reports, requirements, and design documentation.
- Manage projects according to budget and timelines.
- Track and manage issues, dependencies, and risk.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 5 years experience of managing and implementing projects.
- Capable of organizing senior stakeholders across a global organization.
- Ability to manage a diverse team in a matrix reporting structure.
- Knowledge and experience employing project management processes, methods, and tasks.
- Capable of developing and maintaining strong working relationships with project team members, business resources, and third party suppliers.
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
