Job Discription
• Incoming, inprocess and final product quality, internal and external quality spill, corrective and preventive actions and liaisoning with customers for quality related issues.
• Extensive experience in Quality planning, Quality Problems analysis, Six Sigma projects, APQP, PPAP, MSA,SPC and DOE tools implementation.
• Process KnowledgeISO9000:2000/ISO-TS16949:2002 and ISO 14000 & ISO 18000 .
• Privious track record of cost saving through six sigma projects and improvement in quality performance and customer satisfaction.
• Distinction of setting up and successfully managing all aspects of quality of manufacturing unit.
