Company/Corporate Lawyer

Lexecute seeks to recruit one Company/Corporate Lawyer to manage Lexecute’s corporate legal matters in India and also provide similar services to Lexecute’s other clients.

Lexecute offers competitive compensation that includes, stock knowledge and experience practicing the India Company law is required.
• 5+ year of legal experience in private practice with a reputed law firm or as in-house counsel in a company.
• Experience providing legal services in India to foreign companies is highly desirable.
• Experience working with U.S. based clients will be a definite plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with rapidly changing priorities.
