Job Description -:

Coordinating activities of a team of Sales, Marketing, Customer Care & Commercial Executives, with responsibilities to achieve targets for Pre-paid & Post-paid Sales & AOP revenue targets .

Supervising profitable Sales for the cluster through drawing up of AOP and product wise, segment wise targets, on the basis of cluster demographics & market potential, and also managing market share drive through churning of High ARPU competition customer by way of focused approach.

Have been effectively leading promotional activities in the cluster including retail consumer promotions, tactical trade promos, and corporate promotions.

Updating Channel Partners with systems like PDMS, Simplify. Clarify, BDMS and ICCM.


Planning of new launches & localized promotion activities for upcoming RFS towns.

Network Update with network departments.

Retention, Churn and Bucket Management analysis with Channel Partners.

Upgraded computerized customer interaction point of selected channel partners.
