Develop segment specific pricing strategies and Tariff plans that are based on customer behavior patterns.

Develop for implementation a marketing strategy in line with the Business Plan.

Formulate innovative strategies to expand the market size and increase market share.

Develop and update market intelligence information relating to competitor strategies as well as those of other state circles.

Ensure development and implementation of product strategies across all market segments in line with the Business Plan.

Regularly interface with Sales and Customer Care functions to understand patterns in customer behavior, to refine the marketing strategy and obtain feedback on existing product performance.

Position Spice Telecom as a highly successful brand in Punjab by organizing promotions and events by working in close associations with event management agencies.
