Patent Litigation Professional

Lexecute seeks to recruit a Patent Litigation Professional who will be responsible for all aspects of patent litigation analyses for U.S. clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Participate in patent due diligence analyses.
• Conduct prior art searches using on-line databases (e.g., Delphion, Dialog, STN).
• Analyze references and prepare invalidity charts.
• Analyze products and prepare infringement and/or non-infringement charts.
• Respond directly to client questions.
• Supervise and train junior Patent Litigation Professionals.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of seminars.

Qualifications:

• M.S. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of Industry experience in hardware design and/or development.
• 1+ year experience in patent analysis.
• Knowledge of U.S. patent law preferred.
• Attention to technical detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with rapidly changing priorities.
• Ability to travel to the U.S.
