REQUIREMENT:
40 Nos. of Engineers to work in BTS/BSC installation & commissioning projects of our different Telecom partner companies in different parts of the India.

PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE:

Candidate should be;
• BE/B. Tech in Electronics & Telecom Engineering with min 50% marks on aggregate. or
• Diploma in Electronics & Telecom Engineering with min 50% marks on aggregate.
• Freshers with basic acumen for project work.
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Only Male candidates.
• Ready to move in different location in India.
• Hard working hence it is a field job and project work

JOB CONTENT:

The job content will be in the areas of BTS & MW Installation & Commissioning, O&M and Site Survey work. Basically for BTS & MW installation & commissioning work
That includes;
• Site survey and SDR preparation.
• Installation of BTS.
• Installation of Battery Bank including Power Plant.
• Installation of MW equipment & Alignment.
• Commissioning of BTS & MW.
• Site Integration.
• Alarm Testing & Quality measurement.
• Preparation of site folder.
• AT of the site.
• Project Management, etc.


TRAINING & CONTRACT:

Training:
Each selected Engineer will be provided with an extensive 12 weeks training for him to be able to perform in his area of work. Out of this, 4 weeks will be in classrooms and Labs in our Jaipur (Rajasthan) training centre. Remaining 8 weeks training will be in field environment whereby engineers will be sent to various locations in the field and will have a mentor nominated to help them adapt to working conditions in the field.

Cost of the Training:
This training is provided by our trainer and is “FREE OF COST” @ Rs.000.00/- (Rupees Zero Only) per person which will include on the job training (in actual field environment), and boarding charges for 12 weeks.

Contract:
At the time of Joining, the candidate will have to make an agreement with company for a period of 18 months excluding training period. The agreement value will be Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lacs Only). In which, candidate will have to deposit a sum of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) as a security amount. This will be refundable after successfully completion of contract period. If the agreement break by the candidate then they will have to pay rest amount i.e. Rs. 60,000/- (Sixty Thousand only)

SALARY:

During Training Period:

During Classroom Training Period (1 months)
• During the Classroom training period company will not pay any type of salary or stipend, but company will provide free boarding in our guest house. (That will cost at least *Rs. 1000/- per month per person).

During field Training Period (2 months)
• The engineers will be getting a consolidated stipend of Rs.4000/- per month (For two months).
• In addition, they will be entitled for a Daily allowance (DA) @Rs.100/- per day (subject to site work). Since this is a field job, it is expected that people will be in the field for all 30 days.
• In addition, they will be getting free boarding in our guest house. (That will cost at least *Rs. 1000/- per month per person)
• Mobile phone reimbursement, subject to a maximum of Rs.500/- per month.

Total monthly income during field training will be (Rs.4000/- + *Rs.3000/- + *Rs.1000/- +Rs.500 = *Rs.8500/-) per month

After Completion of Training:
During Probation Period (6 months from successful completion of the training)
• The engineers will be getting a consolidated salary of Rs.6000/- to Rs. 8000/- per month.
• In addition, they will be entitled for a Daily allowance (DA) @Rs.100/- per day (subject to site work). Since this is a field job, it is expected that people will be in the field for all 30 days.
• In addition, they will be get free boarding in our guest house. (That will cost at least *Rs. 1000/- per month per person)
• Mobile phone reimbursement, subject to a maximum of Rs.500/- per month.
Total monthly income during probation will be (Rs.6000/- + *Rs.3000/- + *Rs.1000/- +Rs.500 = *Rs.10,500/-) to (Rs.8000/- + *Rs.3000/- + *Rs.1000/- +Rs.500 = *Rs.12,500/- ) per month.
I.e. monthly income during probation will be in-between *Rs. 10,500/- to *Rs. 12,500/- per month.

Upon Confirmation:
On the successful completion of six months’ probation period, the engineers will be made permanent based on their ability to independently handle the job.
• They will be entitled to a salary of Rs.10,000/- to Rs. 12,000/-per month.
• Daily allowance will be @Rs.100/- per day (subject to site work).
• In addition, they will be get free boarding in our guest house. (That will cost at least *Rs. 1000/- per month per person)
• Mobile phone reimbursement, subject to a maximum of Rs.500/- per month.
Therefore, total monthly income after confirmation will be (Rs. 10,000/- + *Rs.3000/- + Rs.1000/- +Rs.500 = *Rs. 14,500/-) to (Rs. 12,000/- + *Rs.3000/- + Rs.1000/- +Rs.500 = *Rs. 16,500/-).
I.e. Total monthly income after confirmation will be in-between *Rs. 14,500/- to *Rs. 16,500/- per month.

Performance review and hence salary revision will take place annually
.

At the time of joining candidate have to submit copy of some documents, such as;
• Technical qualification certificate
• Educational qualification certificate
• Address proof (Driving License, Passport, Election I-Card)
• ID proof (Driving License, Passport, Election I-Card, PAN Card)
• Four Stamp Size photograph
• Four Passport Size photograph
• Two Post Card size photograph along with family
