POSITIONS---Associate / Assistant Manager/ Manager - Compliance

Key Responsibilities: • Demonstrate expert/ advanced knowledge of specific indirect tax laws and regulations and accounting matters • Assist client personnel, senior management and co-auditors in interpreting and understanding laws and associated risks of non compliance • Ongoing review and assessment of the extent of compliance with applicable indirect tax laws • Develop recommendations / suggest procedural changes to better ensure compliances to indirect taxes • Ensure effective and efficient execution of assignments in conformance with professional and quality standards, budgets and timelines • Proficiency in the use of automated work papers and other compliance/ technology tools Qualifications &

Experience Required • CA with 1-4 years of post qualification experience • Experience in managing/ auditing indirect tax accounting, compliances and litigation matters • Knowledge and experience in interpreting indirect tax statutes and monitoring compliances • Exposure to oil and gas upstream, industrial and/ or construction companies will be a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication ; ability to interpret / articulate with clarity and professionalism
