General Manager - Garments, Bangladesh

To be able to move on to having our own business unit, we need a high caliber General Manager, who :
1) will start up the business
2) drive the operations to profitability level
3) Has a strategic vision of the garment industry (Our client is into shirt Manufacturing)
4) We will start up the business on a small scale in the very beginning ( with one production line) and then expand further

To this end we need a :

1) top guy with a strong business acumen ( an industrialist)
2) someone with a proven track record in General Management/ Executive Director/ CEO type of guy
3) coupled with an MBA/ finance guy
4) an excellent communicator and a natural leader
5) aged between 40-46
6) we are open on salary- provided we get the right candidate.

The guy needs not to be a Factory Manager or an operation manager- we need someone who has covered a wide spectrum of business activities in textile or garmenting. This candidate needs to be headhunted and willing to be based in Bangladesh – it can either be a Bangladeshi or an Indian who is based in Bangladesh or Bengal.
