Developers - GSM MAP, IS-41 MAP Protocols

Competencies will include the following:
· GSM MAP protocol
· IS-41 MAP protocol
· C/C++ development and debugging on Windows and Solaris environments
· Oracle SQL programming
· OOAD design skills
· Experience with ACE framework

Desirable Skills will include the following:
· Unix – Shell scripting, Unix environment, Configurations
· PERL script programming
· Net-SNMP knowledge
· Integration/System/Stress testing
· Web development experience with Java, JSPs and Java scripts

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Software Engineer

· Perform all tasks assigned on time meeting quality expectations
o Write Unit, Integration system test cases and execute tests
o Design and Coding
· Participate and Conduct Reviews, Inspections and Project meetings
· Provide accurate status of the tasks assigned.
· Optimal Utilization of available resources
· Keeps abreast of new and developing technologies
· Participate in organization level process improvement and knowledge sharing
· Independently develop quality work product.
· Beginner level recruitment activities like screening resumes and conducting interviews.
· Protection of organizations IP
· Comply with organizations Processes and Policies
· Technical Perfection, Qualitative and Cost Effective timely delivery.
· Recruit potential resources for respective projects as per approved resource plan
· Supports the supervisor on day-to-day activities.
