Unit manager/AGM(Two Positions)

The desired candidate should have experience in oil and gas,Cross Country Pipeline or Road Construction or Building Construction.
Studying the Tender invitation bids, Contacting the various Suppliers to get prices of reqd materials and consumables, for oil and gas sector the candidate must have through Knowledge of Survey of Pipeline route, irrespective of rivers,crossings,Foreseeing and anticipating situation & prep for it.
Cost Estimation on first principle basis and preparation of techno-commercial proposal for the EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) tenders related to Onshore oil and gas processing plants, Onshore and offshore Cross country Pipelines and Offshore Platforms both in India and abroad.
Preparation of Project Cash flows, Equipment as well as manpower deployment schedules, histograms, progress S-Curves, pipeline down chart etc.
Floating of enquiries for various subcontracts, equipment involved in a system, Techno-commercial discussion, negotiation and pre bid tie up with sub-contractors.
Preparation of complete Techno-Commercial Proposal based on the tender enquiry and system requirements.
