Position: Latest Oracle HCM Functional & Developer

Responsibilities:

The company is currently on the early phases of changing the current ERP systems with Oracle suites. Currently we are looking for experience to join the IT team to aid us through project with the functional and the technical aspects of the projects for the concerned ERP Systems.

Consultant must:
• Lead the work on Oracle HCM technical with Payroll, API, Workflow, Self Service and Middleware.
• Understand ‘Apps Packages’ and be able to modify them.
• Sit with the consultant and the user to understand functional requirements and how it can be effectively implemented in Oracle utilizing the system’s features.

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of 3 years HCM latest version development experience and Customer support, Application Support.
• Have attended and effectively participated in at least one complete cycle of an Oracle HCM project from initiation through implementation.
• Strong functional & development knowledge in Oracle Application, J2EE and SQL.
• Have strong written and verbal skills in English.
• Works under pressure and manage handle the project’s different tasks technical / non technical.
