Project Manager Construction

The successful candidate will

Manage existing/new construction projects to the satisfaction of the group/clients.
Effectively deal with Clients, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers and other External Agencies to protect company's interests.
Provide leadership and guidance in design, estimation, planning, tendering, contracting, controlling and managing multiple projects.
Drive the projects with special emphasis on quality and cost.
Develop and implement benchmark systems, policies and procedures in project management.
Conduct site visits, review progress of work, ensure timely completion, commissioning and smooth handover to clients.
