Manager - Property Development

The successful candidate will

Continuously research the market to understand and analyze property requirements, develop appropriate strategies and plans and evolve an overall strategic direction for the Property Division.
Position the Division as one of the key property developers with special emphasis on innovation and high quality projects
Guide the project team in timely completion of projects.
Coordinate with Clients, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Suppliers.
Develop and implement benchmark systems, policies and procedures in project management/property development.
Build relationships with government authorities and other external authorities. Maintain information inflow and identify new business opportunities.
Provide leadership and direction to the team members.
