General Manager- Civil

The successful candidate will be responsible for



Envisioning, Planning, Development, Implementation and stabilization of 5 star Hotel / IT Parks projects
Selection of Architects, structural and other consultants for the project design
Finalization of requirements and specifications in consultation with consultants / promoters
Working with QS consultant for the preparation of budgets and specifications and monitoring of Budgets, Cost Planning, cash Flow & Cost control
Evaluation of project & actively involved in project cost analysis at project decision points
Supervising entire bid process from sourcing contractors and soliciting bids, reviewing and comparing bids
Working with regulatory team to ensure that all required government approvals and construction permits are obtained in a timely manner Liaisoning / coordinating with all government agencies for smooth execution of project Quality audit of construction activities
Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same Reviewing contractor and vendors payments requests and invoices for accuracy and completeness, obtaining final approvals and ensuring payments are made on a timely basis
Providing guidance for maintenance of property
