Project Manager - Civil

The successful candidate will be responsible for
Completion of one or two large 5 star Hotel / IT park projects
Finalization of requirements and specifications in consultation with consultants
Working with QS consultant for the preparation of budgets and specifications and monitoring of Budgets, Cost Planning, Cash Flow & Cost control
Evaluation of project & actively involved in project cost analysis at project decision points Cost control and project Management
Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same
Reviewing contractor and vendors payments requests and invoices for accuracy and completeness, obtaining final approvals and ensuring payments are made on a timely basis
Ensuring that the project in completed in time
Providing guidance for maintenance of property
