Our client is one of the leading E-Commerce agencies in the UK, specialising in e-commerce websites for medium to enterprise-level companies. Existing clients include Sainsburys and Dollond & Aitchison.

The company is currently looking to recruit a creative team leader to head up their talented web design team and to support their Creative Director. You will have outstanding web design skills preferably specialising in E-Commerce design and will have worked as a senior web designer for a minimum of 3 years.


This position is a full client facing role and will involve pitch preparation, client presentations and the creation of creative briefs and proposals with which you will have proven experience. You will be required to work closely with the project services team to assist in the scheduling of all creative work, and will be responsible for briefing new work into the creative team. You will act as the main creative contact for the E-Marketing and Usability consultants who you will work closely with to ensure that all creative work in production adheres to E-Commerce, SEO and Usability guidelines.

Must have skills:

- 6 years + commercial experience
- Strong design skills demonstrated by an extensive online portfolio
- Excellent client facing and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of web accessibility guidelines
- Expertise in user interface design

Must have all of the following:

- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Fireworks
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Other skills/qualifications which would be advantageous:

- Solid, well-formed HTML/XHTML, CSS and Flash.
- Experience of designing E-Commerce websites
- Brand design and the creation of brand guidelines
- A HND or Degree in Graphics, Art and Design or Illustration

The successful applicant will receive a salary of £35,000 £42,000 > plus healthcare.
