HR Consultants
1. The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high quality Human Resource / Organizational Development services to clients, which achieve their specific requirements. This is to be achieved by working as part of a professional team lead by one of the firm?s Directors.
2. Undertaking diagnostics studies, designing and developing HRM systems and HRD interventions and institutionalizing the same.
3. Relationship Management with our clients.
4. Display client confidentiality.
5. Managing own workload.
6. Effectively working as part of a team.
7. Drafting advices, agreements & contracts.
8. Applying knowledge of HR/OD models and theories.
9. Conducting psychometric assessments.
10. Advanced electronic research skills.
11. Ability to gather information for Consultants & Director to assist with improving client services.
12. Business development.
