The candidate must be a Graduate in any discipline, prefer MBA with atleast 3 – 7 years of experience in relevant field preferably logistics.
Ideally you will possess the following
• Management skills to provide direction and guidance to a centre team who deliver the day-to-day running of the centre
• Attention to detail to enable you to deliver great customer service while coordinating a team
• Business Acumen
• Strong motivation to ensure the team deliver demanding service standards
• Ability to implement all operational policies and procedures and get the job done
• Willingness to acquire new skills and think on your feet
