Asst. Programmer VC++

working in a team as per the project guidelineTeam formation and Client communication.
Clearly understand the client expectation and working with the team members.
Status reporting to PM/Client.
Make sure code and deliverable quality are in acceptable limits.
Maintain project closure report and lessons learned .

The candidate should have the following competencies:

Excellent communication skills bridging Client Interaction and Team Management.
VC++ 6.0 MFC UI Programming (extensive).
Socket programming and multithreading not using MFC, Pure API programming.VC++ 7 SDK Development (not VC .Net)
Database interaction using VC++ OLEDB Library, here the database is MSDE.
Knowledge of database stored procedures and simple SQL Queries.
