Qwality Control - mechanical engineer

RESPONSIBILITY

• Maintaining the calibration status of measuring instruments , gauges ,fixtures jigs,templates.
• Conduct SPC study ,where ever required.
• Member of CFT for problem solving
• Make quality plan for existing components/assy.
• Make list of instruments ,gauges .
• Prepare monthly report for internal rejection, rework.
• Prepare monthly report for vendor rating and give feed back to Purchase Dept.
• Maintain the copies of standards ,MSDS.
• Prepare work instruction for inspection activity preferably by inserting visual clips.
• Conduct customer satisfaction survey.
• Conduct process audit.
• Analysis of rejection and rework data ,root cause analysis.
• Maintain customer complaint data, 8 D report and implementation of corrective actions. Review the effectiveness of preventive action.
• Maintain quality related documents ,records.
• Make documents as required by customer.
• Conduct R and R study.
