Client of Jobconsultancy.com is looking for Service Executive for Delhi, Pune from FMCD or FMCG sector with an experinece of 3 – 5 years experience in After Sales Service,

Role & Responsibilities :

Handling the Post Sales Customer service is essential at Regional Service Centers of the Company.
Handling Customer complaints.
Supervising the work of Service Technicians.
Imparting knowledge on product / servicing to Service Technicians
Experience and servicing knowledge of Consumer durable products and appliance Products like Mixer Grinders, LPG Stoves, Micro wave Oven, Electric Rice Cooker, Hobs, Chimneys is essential.
Effective Communication to Customers.
Handling Distributors / Dealers on Service aspects
Reporting on the customers feedback
