SALES OF SOLUTIONS AND EQUIPMENTS
Customer acquisition
Visit of new and existing end-user customers and authorized dealers
Definition of customer�s requirements, specifications and needs
Demonstrations of equipments
Redaction of offer for equipments, solutions and maintenance contracts
Negotiation
Order closing
Follow up of order processing
Follow up of payments terms and action for payment at time

SERVICE SUPPORT OF CUSTOMERS
Installation of machines and set up at customer plant
Hotline for service and technical help, trouble shooting
Follow up of warranty processing
Follow up and achievement of annual maintenance contract


PROSPECTION OF NEW CUSTOMERS
Feeding and permanent update of database
Definition of marketing targets and actions with subsidiary manager
Realization of marketing actions telemarketing, exhibition
Feedback analysis

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Collect of customer feedback and market intelligence
Regular contact with each customer at least every three month
Survey on existing customer, decision and execution of service actions

B. METRICS:

The salesman has weekly to report, to feed and keep up to date following data:
� Projects status table for rotary and laser projects
� Visit and demo schedule of previous and coming week
� Follow up of order processing from order to delivery and completed payment remittance
� Pending payments
� Warranty report
� Customer databas
