Skills :

2+yrs exp into USA Recruitment --- Must

Should be good in Full life cycle of recruitment

Hands on experience in dealing with H1 / 1099 / GreenCard/ Citizen profiles

Good knowledge in US Tax terms Corp to Corp
Making an in depth analysis of the technical expertise required to fulfill the requirement

Should be strong in sourcing candidates from Job portal / Internet / Networking…

Sourcing, Screening & scheduling relevant profiles for the requirement by using international portals

Strong in negotiating rates / salary with the candidates

Excellent communication skills -- Must

Exp : 2 to 4 yrs
Location : Bangalore
Position : Technical Recruiter Night Shift

Employment : Contract to Hire
