RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Reports to AVP – Actuarial.
- Drive product development for the Organization in Thailand.
- Analyze profitability of sales campaigns.
- Design and review distribution force compensation schemes.
- Manage and develop local actuarial team.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- University degree in Actuarial Sciences, Statistics or Mathematics Science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in direct Life Insurance with at least 2 years experience in management position.
- Qualified and close to qualified Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries or an equivalent international professional association.
- Good technical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and computer literacy including MS Office, Windows applications, statistical tools and computer programming.
