Position: Help Desk Executive
Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for Receiving & assigning calls to Engineers
Logging calls & providing Service Tickets
Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports as per customer requirements
Handling inbound calls & followup with engineers
Single point of contact for the customer
Desired Candidate profile:
Good interpersonal skills
Should be good in spoken and written communication in English
Should be good in Call Management
Excellent problem solving capability
Should be good in Vendor Management
Good Knowledge of MS Office Excel.
Job Location: Mumbai
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years
