RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide accounting valuation statements IAS19/FAS87 for our global and local clients on annual basis.
- Provide both annual and quarterly pension statements and explain the pension statements to both clients and auditors on regular basis.
- Experience in handling several cases of special events treatments for accounting statements.
- Provide a various quantitative analysis for a pension plan design and also manage several projects by becoming a main communication channel to the client.
- Conduct a cash flow projection, annual cost estimation, benefits impact analysis in addition to tax implication.
- Involve in vendor selection process including market research, creating evaluation criteria & methodology.
- Work as a designated local consultant for several global M&A projects such as due-diligence, benefit integration, communication.
- Deliver the training sessions to our clients such as insurance, securities, banks who registered as a pension provider.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in retirement and other employee benefits consulting.
- Qualified or nearly qualified fellowship with recognized actuarial organizations.
- Knowledge of pension legislation and pension accounting standards.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to function professionally and proactively in a team environment.
- Willing to relocate to Seoul, Korea.
