RESPONSIBILITIES

- Strengthening our team in the marketing, structuring and administration of non-traditional reinsurance solutions for life insurers.
- Your demanding duties include:
- Identification of client requirements and realisation of these as reinsurance solutions.
- Advising clients on actuarial and financial mathematics related matters.
- Designing and carrying out actuarial and financial mathematics related analyses of non-traditional reinsurance solutions.
- Presentation of proposed solutions to clients, including explanations of the pricing and reinsurance structure.
- Management of on-time delivery of reinsurance solutions, including coordination of the Deal Team.
- Documentation and quality assurance of proposed solutions.
- Participation in the internal approval process for proposed solutions.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- You have completed your studies in mathematics, actuarial mathematics, financial mathematics, statistics or mathematical economics.
- In addition, you are experienced in applied insurance or financial mathematics, including the pricing of exotic options and hedging.
- You possess practical experience in at least one of the fields of life reinsurance client consultancy, pricing, valuation, risk management, life insurance marketing of variable annuity products, capital management or the financial and capital markets risk control, structuring of bank products.
- Profound knowledge of insurance, taxation and regulatory law, particularly of solvency regulations and accounting, would be advantageous.
- Your intercultural sensitivity makes you well-equipped to be part of the team.
- You are creative and enjoy the development and presentation of novel solutions, particularly explaining the technical aspects.
- Your profile is completed by outstanding analytical and conceptual capabilities.
- You must have a strong command of the English language.
