General Counsel APAC

Our client is seeking a General Corporate Counsel to handle the firms legal affairs in APAC. The position will be based in Singapore.

Merger & Aquisition, Joint Ventures, Employment, contracts, manage outside counsel, advise headquarters executives. JD and at least 5 years experience in Asia handling these types of Corporate legal affairs.
