Urgently Required HRD Manager for MNC IT Company in Coimbatore [Job Ref: N/Admin/01-HR]

Job Description:

As HR Manager you will be responsible for planning, managing and operations of the Human Resources department.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment, selection and retention process
Manage salary administration, promotions and employee benefits
Participate in the corporate planning and budgeting process from the HR perspective
Address and resolve employee relations issues
Manage the performance management process
Identify, develop, implement and support employee training programmes
Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures which conform with corporate goals and local regulatory
Other HR duties as required

Skills/Experience:

Minimum 3 years experience in human resources, with at least 1 year experience at management level
Significant experience leading an effective HR function
Experience in IT industry preferred

Education / Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor degree / Master degree in Human Resource management or related field.
Relevant qualification such as Professional in Human Resources preferred.
