Job Description:
• The candidate should have worked on development projects.
• Candidate should have performed all typical Business Analyst tasks such as requirement gathering, requirement analysis, requirement documentation BRD/FSD, functional testing and functional support to project team.
• Interaction with US/UK clients
• Managing project deliveries
• Timely analyzing and resolving issues reported by the client or by the QA Team.
• Understanding client requirements and working with team
• Team management
• Reporting to US Head office and managing CRM
